Fraudulent company do not use.After receiving my lamp, with no free lamp as promised, I found the quality to be poor and not as described. The company provides two email addresses one of which is not valid and the email returns. They do not provide a return address or have a return function on the website and therefore customers rely only on the company providing the detail, which they will not.After eventually contacting them I received email after email stating due to high demand over Black Friday and their 10th Anniversary it would take time to get a response regarding a return. I have received no information and have lodged a complaint to the credit card company and Citizens Advice (Trading Standards).
