You also do not receive the free item and as others have advised the Returns process is made difficult resulting in most likely losing the product and your money. The various claims on the website - ‘90 Day Trial - Risk Free and 30 Day Return Policy - you can shop with complete confidence’ appear completely false. The EU website link is no longer valid and again expect this is smoke and mirrors. This should not be allowed under Trading Regualitons.
