A blatant and intentional scam. Like many others, I was deceived by the seemingly European name and polished advertisements. Everything about the marketing was meticulously crafted to appear legitimate. It was only after receiving the tracking number that I realized the product was being shipped from a distant location—with a 17-day delivery estimate. That’s when the warning signs became clear. I quickly reached out to the company to cancel my order. They refused and instead provided the typical scam response: “refuse delivery or return it for a refund.” Unfortunately, the package arrived when I wasn’t at home, making refusal impossible. When I requested return instructions, they took days to respond with a ridiculous, non-fillable form that explicitly banned handwritten notes—clearly another tactic to delay the process. Despite the obstacles, I managed to digitally alter and submit their absurd form. Since then? Silence. No responses. No confirmations. Nothing. The package itself appeared so cheap and flimsy that I didn’t even open it—exactly what you’d expect from a low-quality drop-shipping operation pretending to be a reputable brand. This is a classic scam: delay, deflect, ignore—until the charge on your credit card is permanent and you’re left with no options. You are then completely at the mercy of these dishonest sellers who have no intention of processing refunds. I disputed the charge with my card provider and received a provisional refund, which says it all. I fully anticipate never hearing from this company again. Avoid at all costs.
