Had a appointment booked for 9AM on 05/06/25, nobody turned up, no telephone call, nothing, after waiting for 20 minutes, called the office, a extremely unhelpful female staff answered the call, took details of the appointment and promised to call back within 10 minutes. Nothing happened, so had to call her back, her just could not care any less, not even trying to contact the team who supposed to turn up. A business which deals with junk and rubbish, then developed an attitude of treating their clients as such.
