I contacted the Team and agreed for an inspection date of the 5 April. Unfortunately, nobody turned up or called. I queried this and was advised it was an admin error. The Team then turned up on an alternative date, provided a quote of £144, to which I agreed and the job was completed. When they sent me a payment link they had increased the owed amount by £6. I don't necessarily care about the money per se, it just felt as though they have attempted to take advantage by rounding up the costs from £144 to £150 - if they do this on an average of several jobs a week that's over £2000 a year - Interesting way to bring in extra cash and I would imagine many people would just pay it and that's what they bank on. Disappointing service all round.
