My hubby and I made the decision to get a stove for our living room and got a recommendation from a work colleague to contact Leeds Stoves Centre because they had previously had really great service from them. Off we trot over to Pudsey and were really excited to wander through their showroom looking at various examples of stoves. We had a chat with the team to discuss what we were looking for. My hubby turned into a caveman and just wanted fire, but for me, I wanted to make sure I was investing in something that met current regulations and the team at Leeds Stoves were really happy to advise! They gave us an opportunity to explain what we were looking for and explained risks and benefits, what to expect and we went home to think about our decision. We returned a week later to organise and pay for our decided purchase which was really easy. If you cannot fund the whole cost, they can support customers with a finance option. We chose the stove, had opportunity to choose the oak beam we wanted, fire proof lighting and the best day for work to be carried out.On installation day, two absolutely lovely lads came. We had been pre-warned to cover everything with sheets but they double covered everything too. They worked so hard all day doing the necessary work. They explained everything they were doing - I kept bobbing my head in to be nosy and they were completely happy to point out/update me on what was going on!!I kept them topped up with tea and coffee bless them! I couldn't believe what they had achieved in one day and with such care and attention to doing an absolutely brilliant job-they both really cared about getting it done right!Before they left, they took time to make sure I understood how to light the fire, what not to burn, what to burn and demonstrated this. I'm so glad I took advantage of a recommendation for this work-Leeds Stoves has been absolutely fantastic, we are planning to have another stove installed once kitchen works are completed and I shall definitely go back to Leeds Stoves! :)
