I traded for several months, diligently following the visible rules. However, at payout time, I discovered there are additional rules not displayed on the Dashboard, which cannot be tracked in real-time. These rules include subjective interpretations that are not clear to traders. As a result, all my accounts were suddenly closed, which was discouraging after significant investment and effort. While support was courteous and responsive, traders should be aware of hidden rules and the potential for unexpected account closures.
