I ordered some furnitures a month ago, when they come I didn't hear the bell and they went back. I tried to call the klantenservice 10 times in an hour, finally reached (i was lucky) and rescheduled. But in the reschedule day my orders didn't come. Now I'm trying to call them again, no answer. I'm writing from website, sending emails to info@ and webcare@, no answer. I reached from twitter, but you couldn't even check the order, it's been 24 hours for just checking an order status. Rescheduling shouldn't be that hard. I'm very displeased.
