We purchased two 2-sitter sofas from this shop in January 2015 and one is just about to fall apart. Today we visited the shop in Hilversum
(where we originally ordered) and the lady at the desk said we need to leave our contacts there on a piece of paper so they can make a case and see...I asked what happens afterwards and believe it ir not she said she doesn't know. I was surprised and asked what...how can she have no idea because we as a customer we need to know...she got really upset and very rudely said " yes she has no idea ". We asked if we can speak to someone who knows very politely...then we were sent inside to speak to a guy and the answer we got was they don't know...only option for us is to leave our details there and they will see what can be done. I asked when will they let us know and not to my surprise after all this, answer we got was possibly 3-4 weeks. This is the level of service you get for what you paid....this was my first buy at Leen bakker and I don't think I am going there in future for my purchases.
