My children attend Legacy and have grown in focus and confidence within a fun environment with a fantastic team. They attend twice weekly and not only learn the physical aspect of martial arts, which supports their fitness they are always learning the standard and values involved in becoming a black belt. To be the best they can be. Would recommend the Legacy team, especially to any children who are reluctant or lack in confidence, like my son does, the team support for each child supports their individual needs.
