I received the aegis solo kit, but after just one change, it failed to charge. Under warranty, I sent it back, but after a month, they couldn't locate it. As a goodwill gesture, they offered me half the cost, which I accepted, and purchased another aegis solo mod box. Unfortunately, that one also failed to charge upon arrival. Now, I need to request a refund. On November 29, they sent a replacement vape, and my experience with that was satisfactory. Thank you for the resolution.
