Called to check an item was physically in stock, was assured 100% that it was in their warehouse & wouldn’t be ordered from the manufacturer as I already knew they were stock out & back orders. Placed the order, which was approx £100 more expensive than RRP, I accepted this as I needed the item & paid extra for express delivery. 48h later and several emails sent - sorry we don’t have in stock. Caused problems & ultimately ruined a planned trip - so wouldn’t use these again
