Asking for evidence just to fob me off is ridiculous and shows zero accountability. This isn’t rocket science; it’s a faulty product, and they are refusing to take responsibility. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.Update: LeisureGrow is now requesting a picture of the toy, despite me already providing a video and proof of purchase. Still no resolution.()
