I had an issue with a table purchased some time ago, James was very swift to deal with this. He was extremely helpful and although Leisuregrow perhaps didn't need to act if they really didn't want to, they did. They rectified the problem with great ease.The customer service I have received from this company has not only reaffirmed my trust in them but they also feature in the top 5 "customer service" enquiries I've ever had in perhaps 35 years!If only all companies behaved this way, honouring their own products then the world would be a better place.Well done James and well done Leisuregrow!!
