I bought the pickwick Christmas lights from my local garden centre. They are LED versions of my childhood Christmas lights and I love them so much! There was a small problem as one of the little plastic skirts was missing so rather than take them down, I emailed customer services and they replied straight away and offered to post me replacements - they were sent first class and arrived the very next day! I couldn't be happier and the lights are bringing me so much joy. Thank you James and team!
