The extendable table to the Rattan patio set that I purchased in 2021 began to break at the cross strands.Having contacted Trudie firstly and then James, I was pleasantly surprised by their patience, attitude and determination to help me resolve my problem. It was promptly confirmed that a goodwill gesture of replacement would be forwarded to me which in fact was received today. It is refreshing to not be fobbed off with warranty or excess usage or any other excuse some companies lay before customers. I can fully recommend this organisation as a company that you can trust.
