The customer service is excellent. I initially contacted regarding a replacement glass wind break for my fire pit table. They sourced the correct part based solely on a photograph. There was a minor issue with the wrong item being picked at the warehouse, but this was quickly rectified and the correct item sent out the following day. Very happy and would highly recommend!!
