I purchased some of their lights for my back garden and couldn't stop them flashing and going through the sequence of light changes. Withing minutes they came back to me with what may be the problem and asked me to send a picture of the transformer which i did. It appears that some transformers have a memory function that return it to the last function when turned back on and the one I had didn't. Within two working days i received through DPD a new transformer, fitted it and hey presto lights that stay on the same setting. I wouldn't hesitation to recommend this company and they shall certainly be my go to choice for any other products they supply.
