My gas BBQ acts like a flame thrower but for Leisuregrow to act on the warranty they insist I make a video of me burning my hands and arms as I ignite the bbq to show them that there is a problem. The flames come back at you over the control panel as you press the igniter. That company have no regard for the safety of their consumers. My biggest regret is now having purchased an expensive Grillstream Bbq. I should have remained loyal to Weber.Since writing this review the retailer has collected the bbq from me having given me clear instructions NOT to try lighting it under any circumstances and they have given me a FULL refund. I have now replaced this dreadful Bbq with one made by Broil King. What a Wonderfull bbq that is and far surpasses the Grillstream product in every way,.
