Bought a 3 burner grill stream classic hybrid BBQ from John Lewis.Love the BBQ, then after I’d used it a couple of times I realise I had stupidly forgotten to removed the plastic from one part (oil channel) and had now burnt it on.Emailed customer services asking if I could buy a replacement part. They responded immediate and sent me out a replacement for free.Absolutely amazing, thoroughly recommended
