Last Christmas I purchased a beautiful outdoor illuminating leaping stag that can alternate from gold to silver light. However this year I set the stag up in the front garden, but for some unknown reason there seem to be a problem, it just wouldn’t light up, so I contacted NOMA and spoke to an agent called Trudy and explained the situation also telling her that my 12 month guarantee had only just expired. She asked me if I’d checked the wiring and led bulbs etc, so I told her that’s exactly what I’d already done. However, even though my guarantee had only just expired I was sent a new transformer. I plugged the transformer in and now the stag works perfectly well. I’m so grateful for this kind act Trudy did for me. The stag looks beautiful, such an eye catching festive garden ornament, the neighbours passing by always make remarks about how lovely it looks.
