I bought some nostalgic Christmas lights, the kind my mother bought when we were children and I didn't put them up straight away so when I did and found one of the shades missing I didn't even remember which garden centre I'd got them from so I emailed the company. I was basically just wanting to be able to buy a shade so my lights are perfect and a little nod to Mum who is no longer with us. They far exceeded my expectations and within 5 days not one but five replacement shades arrived and they didn't ask for a penny!!
