Appalling customer service. I paid for priority delivery but Leisure Lakes Bikes did not even come clise to dispatching within the 2 days they promised in their email. Once they claimed they had dispatched, dpd claimed they hadn't received it. The customer service staff I spoke to for support were unbelievably rude. I was clearly a nuisance to them and they just wanted me off the phone and out of their way as quick as possible. All they had to say well its dpds problem now and had nothing to say about their extremely delayed dispatch. Such a same for a repretable bike company. I certainly won't be shopping with them again when there are many other better bike companies around.
