The item doesn't do what it os advertised for. They claim refund will be given if not happy with product but it's a lie. After several back and forward emails where they asked for pictures, etc, I was told they would give me 5USD as compensation since returning the product would be too expensive for me. As I was not happy with it and requested the returning address, the following email was sent."Sorry that you are not satisfied with our products.Under the circumstance that we did not send the wrong goods, return and exchange can not be supportedIf you need to return or exchange, we need to report and verify your problem to the after-sales department, which will take a long time.Therefore, we recommend that you keep this item and take the compensation.Thank you for your understanding."
