Purchased a 2019 cube team ebike at the cost of £4500.They repaired the motor under warranty approx a year after I bought it which was good. The not so good is they damaged the frame by installing the motor without washers/over tightened them/too long a bolt in and damaged the frame. They sent me loads of emails stating that the motor was smaller, cube/Bosch didn't send them a bulletin about the smaller motor (I have spoken to Bosch, who have said they haven't made a smaller motor!).The shop (Dan), stopped replying to emails after I refused £100 to get the frame repaired.
