Visited this place specifically as website stated they stocked a specific brand we were interested in looking at. Went along to find the door locked and a small sign saying knock for entry. After waiting 5mins someone eventually let us. Explained we wanted to try a specific brand but were told they dont stock it. We explained we were first time parents didn't really have a clue what we were looking for and were then left on our own wandering about. 1 lady in the shop trying to split her attention between 4 different customers isn't great. The lack of customer service we received put us off purchasing. We left and purchased from a different store. I feel maybe an update of website is required, and maybe info on the website telling people doors will be locked on arrival (although thats not a great look). If only one member of staff available perhaps have an appointment system so that full attention can be given and we dont feel rushed.
