Update:My frustrations with service from LekkerHQ were addressed to a very satisfactory standard . I received a call from HQ and all issues have been resolved , I look forward to picking the bike up tomorrow 🙏🏽, thanku , david Very disappointed with service Do not buy a lekker outside metropolitan areas , the Lekker service team in Newcastle has even been let down by HQ LEKKER ! ( great bike shop and people at Drift Bikes Newcastle) after buying ,the brand expectation of quality and service is paper thin , Battery replacement problem , No service , After recommending initially to friends who bought a Lekker , I’m now disappointed. Apologies for the whining but having honest reviews can only help . David
