Well the product itself is, as always fantastic - allows me to regulate heat output & longevity with ease. Sadly the delivery was not a match for the product. Despite good communication from the delivery company they failed to deliver on two separate occasions as the driver could not find us. On the third attempt they succeeded but a split delivery meant that a separate fourth delivery was required and the product was left out in the rain by the back gate - we were in at the time!
