This company is a joke. I asked them to cancel my order but they didn’t and then replied to me saying sorry we didn’t see your email, but it’s already been sent. I was also overcharged by them. I asked them for return information. They would not give it to me until I receive the item. I asked continuously for three weeks for the return information. They refused to give it to me. Once I receive the item, I again asked for return information. They refused to give it to me going on to tell me I was a valued customer and they wanted to make it right. They offered me $2 then asked me if I had any other ideas as a solution. I told them that was an insult, that I wanted all of my money back and then they offered me $5. Do not shop with them. They steal and lie.
