I just wanted to write a very special thank you to Ms.Ivana (customer care manager). She did a very excellent job making sure that my order that was having shipping & emailing issues to be resolved quickly & efficiently. I really appreciated her wonderful care for valuing Lelo customers & making sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. Ivana was incredibly kind, caring, informative, helpful, professional, personable, courteous, & overall above & beyond. She made sure to take care of all me & my fiancees needs & covered all the proper bases a manager should & more. With all this being said, all we ask is for Ivana (manager) to be taken care of in the highest regards possible (raise, promotion, etc). Customer service is everything to us & its wonderful people like her that have us continue coming back to a business (in this case - Lelo). We also want our compliment & thoughts of her incredibly amazing job to be taken to higher management as she deserves the best possible acknowledgement for all her great hardwork.
