The Lelo care team seem nice enough but I’m extremely disappointed that my SORAYA WAVE stopped functioning properly and as it’s been over a year from the purchase date I have only been offered a 50% off code to purchase a new one. I believe a 10 year guarantee should guarantee the item works or is replaced. For a high priced item and reputable company I’m very disappointed. What’s to say a new one wouldn’t break too?
