Please do not purchase from these scammers as that is what they are; Scammers. The item they sent my partner was broken and therefore could not use it whatsoever. My partner contacted them the day it arrived to tell them it arrived broken but they absolutely refuse to refund despite it being a legal requirement under the distance selling act. They send you broken items and run off with your money, they are thieves and scam artists. We now are putting a claim in with the bank as they will not get away with it.Have also contacted trading standards. Edit: in response to your comments below. Ny husband has been speaking to you for a week already and you are still refusing to refund. We have sent all the screenshot and information to trading standards and the point of purchase.
