Received a defective Dot in February 2024. Immediately contacted customer service. They instructed me how to plug in and charge the device. The battery was defective, no amount of charging was going to fix that. They asked me to go through the one year warranty process for a product which was received in a defective state. I refused. I don’t want my defective dot replaced with another defective dot. I would like a refund. They have lost a customer for life. Do not buy their products. Their customer service is terrible and the quality of their expensivemerchandise is worse. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge on my card. Will this ever be resolved? Do the right thing LELO and refund me for the defective product you sold me. I would really like to stop wasting my time on this. My response to their reply below:Sorry LELO, your response is complete bs. Just responding to the bad review does not make all OK. I’ve written with your customer care team many times since February. I have been refused a refund repeatedly. You’re offering me help, but just for appearances. I want a refund. I do not want to file a warranty claim. You sold me a piece of junk, and the only way to make it right is to refund me.
