Lemlist has a very useful plug and play sequence busiler that combines things like email, linkedin, and more. It's visualization is very helpful as well. I like that they have the warmup tool included with the sub so it's a one stop shop. Things that could use some improvement would be the ai "find company news" feature as it only occassionally to rarely finds news, which is understandable, but if it does not find anything then it still uses credits just to say it was unable to find anything, and still does this even when you explicitly tell it not to. One other thing that is difficult is the "email read" metric, as it shows that a high percentage of people read and click on links in emails, but really it is just security bots. It's obvious that it is not human as the opens mainly happen 8-12 seconds after being sent in clear patterns. Not sure the best fix to this, maybe adding something like "probable human open" and filtering only those that were opened >30 seconds after being delivered, as it makes it difficult for the user to not get caught up in vanity metrics when really we want results. Overall the platform is good, if I return to cold email marketing I will likely use it again.
