A rather mixed experience. Using their online size calculator I purchased 2no. Bras with corresponding pants. One bra fit well, the other not at all. I had various correspondence with their customer services team, the upshot was that I had simply chosen an incorrect size. Because I had worn the bra, only to find that my girls either fell out under the chest band or over the top of the cup when bending forward, there was no return available. Their very helpful answer was “pass it on to someone who can wear it” as it’s supposed to be a 36DD but doesn’t fit I’m not sure what size of boobs will fit it? The other 36DD however fits beautifully, so go figure? Needless today it was an expensive mistake which I will not be duplicating and will stick with other more reliable retailers
