Ordered for the first time, received my goods which feel like great quality but unfortunately it’s not for me so trying to return. Emailed company on Saturday with a picture showing I can’t access the return portal. Got an AI reply. Instructed to reply questing a live agent. Not heard anything since and I’ve emailed now twice! Not impressed at all for my first experience. Please if someone can contact me so I can return my items.
