They did re-send a parcel that was lost, so they do try to solve the issue if you speak with a human.I ordered two nude bras in different shades that were supposedly the same size, but one was clearly smaller than the other. Their labels indicated the same size, so one was clearly mislabelled. I contacted customer support, but only received an automated AI message telling me that the sizes should be correct.Sizing: I followed the sizing guide on the website, but the bras were too big, so I would recommend going a size down.I am also not a fan of sale items not being eligible for refunds, but I understand they have their reasons to do so. I would appreciate a more obvious reminder when checking out, because although I noticed their notice on the sale bra, I completely forgot by the time I checked out.
