We are well into our second year of using the system.It has saved a great deal of time, especially with the invoicing each month. It is a bit quirky when it comes to setting it up for such things as hire fees for different periods. Support for resolving issues has always been effective although you might have to wait a day for a response. Overall I would recommend this system for your village hall.
