If i could give 0 stars i would. This is the worst experience on an online casino i have ever had. The verification process is so stretched out and document take dorever to be verified. When you upload a document exactly as requested the still get rejected. They say a withdrawal take 3-5 business days. I have waited 5 still no money in my account. The support team tells me money was transfered on the 19th of November I should follow up with my bank. I requested a proof of transfer, they cannot give me that, but i should upload all my personal documents and bank information? I dont trust this casino and its procedures at all.UPDATE: IT HAD BEEN 21 DAYS AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY WITHDRAWAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT TELLING ME ITS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, YET WHEN I CALLED MY BANK THEY SAID THERE IS NO SUCH PAYMENT PENDING. NOW THE CASINO IS "BUSY INVESTIGATING" WHERE MY MISSING WITHDRAWAL DISSAPEARED TO. EXCUSES ARE THE SAME EVERYTIME I EMAIL AND ASK FOR AN UPDATE. I HAVE LOST MY PATIENCE WITH THIS CASINO.
