I received a clear response, acted on it, yet the bonus was not awarded as promised. Even with explicit confirmation from the support team, it turned out to be worthless. In the second case, a holiday campaign advertised a bonus of "up to 5%" until December 31st. The Terms and Conditions referred to the promo code without a specified expiration date. However, the promo code for deposits was disabled on December 29th, leaving me with funds set aside but without the expected bonus. Exercise caution.
