They are refusing to accept my government-issued ID, claiming it's a regulatory requirement. They are also denying my request to file a complaint, which they should be able to do if they are regulated. I suppose I will need to reach out to their regulator. It seems that little has changed from version 1 to version 2; they are still making arbitrary rules and acting as if they are above the law.
