Your staff are ignorant and not helpful at all. Noone understands my problem with you not completing my transactions. They will not provide the information about the payments that has not been made. I asked for you to confirm the account number you have and No one will give it to me and it's been a week with the payments not being made. My bank asked for the ach number and you will not provid it. Your staff is not helpful at all
