He was very knowledgeable about he loan programs and structured a loan that fit my finances and was able to pay off all my credit cards. I can't say enough about Khue, the underwriter. She was also very pleasant to work with and knew exactly what paperwork was needed. She also worked overtime to help my loan close within just a few weeks.
