The loan process was fast, efficient. We did have a few glitches with the website application but it might be cause we live in the country, not sure. 5 stars on that. Now let’s see how the customer service is, haven’t used that yet but if it’s as good as the app process that would be wonderful. My husband had a 712 credit score at the time of applying. Took only one day to fund after approval which was right away.
