I can’t recommend Lennies Toys enough, they were offering a very good deal on my items to begin with, and the buying, dispatch and delivery were all quick, easy and painless.When the big delivery box arrived it had a few dents-which sadly is the norm for parcels these days-happening during the transport of it. On closer inspection of the shelf there were two small chips on the visible picture design. So I contacted them via email and I don’t think I have ever received such a quick, thorough and helpful response. Callum, who is the owner-as it is a family run business (which is another lovely reason to purchase from them)-apologised for the situation and offered two resolutions. It was all sorted within a few short hours. No painful exchange, no long drawn out process or emailing. It made such a difference and even though I had this small problem, they couldn’t do enough to make it right and were incredibly polite.If you need to buy any toys or items that Lennies Toys stock, I urge you to purchase through them, lovely family run business who can’t do enough for you, instead. Lennie’s toys is a small family run, independent toy shop established in 2020 by Callum Sutton. Callum has always had a passion for toys since he was a little boy. He started his first toy shop aged 16, then moved on to explore other interests. When it came to setting up a new business, as an adult, he was instinctively drawn back to toys.
Lennie’s first started up in Callum’s family home, toys piled upon one another in his parents living room. Since then Lennie’s has expanded and stocks a wide range of toys for toddlers, children and not forgetting the adults who love to collect and will always be children at heart.
As Lennie’s has expanded, Callum has stayed close to home and hired his fiancé Adelle, mother Natalie, sister Laura and father Craig (volunteer!) to help run all aspects of the business. We all aim to provide the highest level of customer service as we understand how important toys are.
