Lenses will not go in.

Aside from the post office holding on to my package for days after it should have been here, I've been trying for an hour to get the prescription lens into my glasses and they just don't fit.

Never ordering from LensesRX again

I sent my glasses with notes on the prescriptions to use on my lens refill for two pair of glasses they got the prescriptions mixed up, they don’t answer the phone, very annoying! I had to ask for a return label although it was their fault to return the 2 pair of glasses they messed up!! Customer service is terrible, I’m only getting one pair refilled and still waiting for my refund on the second pair and the one pair of glasses to be refilled.

Terrific company

Terrific company. Amazing customer service. I’m always hesitant to buy outside of big box retailers like Amazon in Walmart due to their easy return policies. I would definitely use them again.
