If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of glasses though their website, the glass frames were stylish and I thought I was getting a great deal price wise. I had ordered thinned lenses with varifocal. They arrived and I instantly noticed the thickness of the lenses (I'd had several pairs from other retailers all thinned and sat within the frames comfortably). On top of the thickness their varifocals were like a little window in the lenses, which I hated. I wrote to customer service a complaint and sent the required pictures plus a copy of my prescription. They responded requesting my PD - I sent them evidence from another order I had placed, they advised they wanted to see it on my prescription. My sole complaint was regarding the thickness and not liking how they had done the varifocal, but mainly the thickness of the lenses. I have gone backwards and forwards with lens smart, they have repeatedly asked for my PD and even though I provided it I am going round in circles. I returned the glasses to the return address on their packaging and they have now informed me its not their return address, despite their packaging stipulating it is. I paid through Klarna, they wont acknowledge the return, they haven't provided an alternative return address (although its too late anyway). I have opened a dispute on Klarna and pray the common sense and buyer protection will prevail. I will advise you to avoid this company at all costs!
