My daughter and son in law have learning difficulties.They spent their wedding night at Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton a few agos.The hotel took really good care of them on their first visit.I booked them another stay for my son-in-laws 30th birthday.We arrived on Saturday the 28th of February 2026 and we checked in with Ovi.Ovi, was absolutely brilliant. He wrote everything down and gave them the same room as they had on their wedding night so they would be in fimiliar surroundings.Thank you so very much Ovi.
