Leonardo hotel Galway,Absolutely terrible experience, the staff are unhelpful the receptionist very rude! We tried to amend for the dates on the 2nd-4th of feb this year until April, they pretended on the customer service line that those dates didn’t exist when we have bank statements with the payment took from the Leonardo hotel, they state booking.com took the payment but booking.com says Leonardo took the payment, so we can’t even get refunded and being lied to by both of them, which is terrible as unable to attend due to a funeral. They also have been very rude in the emails and the calls between the main reception of that hotel, they offered a fake discount but it actually costs 300 euro more than what we originally paid for 400 euro so they tried to overcharge us up to 700 for two nights in April! Please do not go there as u won’t get any decent amended prices or dates they owe us some kind of compensation as we are going through a devastating time, they are heartless and just a terrible place tbh
