Leonardo Hotel, Cardiff. Whilst I can’t comment about the hotel facilities, I do believe in credit where it’s due and would like to leave a Review to note how wonderful and helpful my first impressions were of a staff member called Alexi (apologies if I’ve spelt her name wrong). Dropping my Son off (for his stay), Alexi went above and beyond to help with my queries over the phone and upon arrival - as we got lost navigating through Cardiff town centre - yes even with sat nav! Alexi came outside to greet us (actually couldn’t locate hotel front door - it was 01.30 am and after a three hour car drive. Anyway fantastic and thank you Alexi - you are a lovely lady and I was very impressed.
